Lonnie Rosenberg is a freelance artist living in Bowling Green, Ohio. She worked for over 20 years as a graphic artist before shifting her interests to illustration. Since 1989 Lonnie has traveled throughout the British Isles, Europe and Australia, using the time and resources available to explore new techniques, focusing on an ever changing range of inspiration, using a variety of media including graphite, pencil, pen and ink, acrylics, watercolor, intaglio, and paper collage.

Her current work in mixed media focuses primarily on whimsical animals. Much of her work in acrylics was inspired by the dot pattern style used in traditional and contemporary Aboriginal art of Australia. Some of Lonnie's latests paintings were inspired by the rugged coastal landscapes and animal life in tide pool of the Pacific Northwest.
