November 17 - Community Tree Lighting
At the Wood County District Public Library 6:45 pm prelude to the lighting including the wonderful song selections of the Madrigals and refreshments from Qdoba, Biggby Coffee, Meijer and the American Red Cross, lighting at 7 pm. This years tree lighting will be “all welcoming” as we light a tree representing over 80 countries. This is a Town Gown collaboration with the International Program of BGSU, wrapping up International Education Week. If you missed the event, check out a video from the night here.
November 18 - Holiday Parade
Steps off at 10 am. “Our Best Home Town Holiday” steps off at 10 am and is routed down Main Street. It’s a holiday tradition in Bowling Green and every year creates new memories. A special presentation of Ohio Magazine’s “Best Home Town” award will be a part of this year’s grand parade.

November 25 - Visit with Santa
The jolly old elf himself will be making the Four Corners Center a stop to visit with the children of Bowling Green. Enjoy performances by Julie’s Dance Studio dancers and children create one of a kind holiday inspired crafts. Children 12 and under can enter to win $50 in Downtown Dollars after they visit with Santa. Enjoy all of this with your family for free from 11 am to 1 pm.

November 29 - "Hump" for the Holidays
The Stones Throw is helping spread holiday cheer by donating 20% of your total purchase directly to the Downtown Foundation. These funds are used decorate our Downtown for the holiday! Join in the fun with a Parade of Ugly Sweaters at 9 pm (prizes), photo op, prop and drop, Adult holiday games, and of course the amazing music of the Hump Day Review. Located at 176 E. December 1 - Deck the Four Corners Event
The Four Corners organizations are hosting a fund raising event from 5 – 7 pm. Stop by and enter to win one of about 25 stocking filled to the brim with valuable prizes. These funds will benefit the Winterfest Chillabration. You can also bid on one of four decorated trees that will benefit the following organizations: Bowling Green Parks and Rec., United Way, Christmas Elves.
December 1 - Shop the Block (Click for more information)
5 – 9 pm. Let the luminaries light your way to the shopping beyond your expectations. Downtown Bowling Green shops and restaurants have special hours tonight for all their best customers, including you. Look for offers that will keep you shopping local.
December 16 - Visits with Santa
Santa will be making one last stop to visit with the children of Bowling Green. Enjoy performances by the TrebleMakers at 11:30 am and children create one of a kind holiday inspired crafts. Enjoy all of this with your family for free from 11 am to 1 pm.
